Refund and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the unique nature of antique and vintage pieces, our return policy is as follows.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition. The item must be packed securely for return shipment. Custom, made-to-order, or clearly marked final-sale items are not returnable.

How to Return

Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your original payment method will be credited. If an item arrives damaged or not as described, we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
